Project Research
As a valued customer we take your needs serious. Our trademarked process and workflow will help in outlining Milestones that will make sure the project is completed on time and within budget.
As part of the project research phase of our process and workflow, after a project overview has been established, an investigation of the electrical system is conducted. During the investigation phase of the project, a report is provided to the client summarizing the condition and an assessment of the electrical infrastructure as it pertains to the scope of work. The report will highlight recommendations and a very high level cost estimate to conduct the project.
Schematics
After the project research has been completed and a clear direction of the scope has been established, in conjunction with the project overview, a schematic drawing package is produced. The schematic drawing package will have electrical single lines and recommended product cut sheets.
Construction Documents
When the schematic phase has been completed, and comments forwarded, the construction document phase of the project can then start.
The complete tender drawings set is to allow contractor to place a bid on the project. The drawing set will included but not limited to; Site Plan Layout, Electrical Single Lines, Details, Electrical Floor Layouts, Riser, Panel Schedules and Specifications.
Briefings
At the completion of the construction document, an updated design brief outlining the deliverables and scope accompanied with an updated high-level cost estimate is provided to the client prior to tender closing.
